Rumours have been sweeping the internet that Celtic are set to bring back their Bumble Bee style away shirt for the 2009-10 season. A leaked image of a rumoured Celtic away shirt has been now been made available.
The club have fuelled the speculation by releasing a teaser image on the website which features a quote from former captain Paul McStay saying “There’s a Buzz About the Place”.
The design was famously used by Celtic between 1994 and 1996 and could be set for a return for Tony Mowbray’s side for the 2009-10 SPL campaign.
The preview image suggests the shirt will be yellow/fluorescent and black hoops. The new Celtic football shirt will be manufactured by sports brand Nike and sponsored by Carling.
