Scunthorpe finished 6th in the league but managed to beat the teams ahead of them in the finals and are now preparing for life in the Championship. As part of these preparations Scunthorpe have released their new 2009-10 home shirt.

Carlotti are the manufacturers of the new Scunthorpe home football kit with their name appearing on the right chest of the shirt with the club badge on the left and the club sponsor in the center of the shirt.

The new Scunthorpe home kit is claret and blue stripes with a blue collar and blue ends on the solid claret sleeves. The Scunthorpe home shirt will be worn with claret shorts and socks, both of which has some blue detailing. The reverse of the shirt where the number goes is just plain claret.

The new Oldham Athletic away kit is navy with orange sleeves. The shirt will be worn with navy shorts and socks both with orange detailing. The club sponsor will appear across the centre of the shirt.
