The new Marseille home kit is the clubs traditional white with light blue detailing on the shoulders and collar. There is also a slightly darker shade of white going horizontally across the home shirt in stripes outlined in light blue.

Marseille shirts are always very popular and sell well and if these shirts are the designs this looks like continuing next season. Adidas continue to manufacture the shirts with their logo on the right chest and the stripes on the shoulder.

From the photos the Marseille home shirt seems to be the clubs traditional white colour with dark blue piping around the sides of the shirt and a light blue pattern in the centre. The Marseille away shirt seems to be the same design only with the main colour being blue.

The St Etienne club badge is on  the left chest of the shirt with a sponsor on the right chest as well as in the centre of the shirt.

The new St Etienne 3rd shirt is horizontal stripes of two colours of green with the collar and sleeves being in a 3rd darker colour of green.

The shirt itself is the away shirt, an alternative to the classic dark blue and red PSG home shirt which has graced European football for generations. A bright white design with red trim and a noticeable strong collar, this football shirt looks simple and stands out brightly, making it easier to pick out team mates if you choose to use this shirt to play in. The trademark Nike swoosh is a strong indictator of quality, and I would expect this shirt to be comfortable and modern in design to ensure that sweat or dirt does not adversely affect play. One feature of the shirt which I dislike is the faded out polka dot design which is a distraction from a classic white design and looks unusual. It is a unique design and some may love the added feature, but I am unconvinced at what it adds to an otherwise well made football shirt.

To be fair, my first thought would be that many who would like to buy a PSG shirt would purchase the instantly recognisable home shirt rather than this. However, the design is neat and high quality, and I would heartily recommend the addition of the Makelele name on the back, possibly the greatest player at PSG and a player who the fans should be happy to showcase upon their backs.

With Bordeaux kicking off their Champions League campaign this week it seemed like a perfect time for them to release their new 2009-10 shirts. Bordeaux had previously released their new home shirt but have also now released their away and 3rd shirt.

The new Bordeaux shirts are manufactured by Puma and sponsored by Kia. The Puma logo will appear on the right chest as well as on the top of the shoulders.

The new Bordeaux home shirt is nave with a white v coming from the shoulders and collar down the front top of the shirt. The new Bordeaux away shirt is a similar design only with the colours reversed.

The new Bordeaux 3rd shirt is along the same design as the home and away shirt with a v on the front but this time the v is the same red colour as the shirt with below the v now being red and white stripes.

The deal has a lot of benefits for Lyon including some performance related bobuses. Lyon will reveive a flat rate from Adidas as well as royalties from Lyon merchandise but as well as this if Lyon are succesful in the league or in Europe then the payments to the club will increase.

The new Marseille European shirt will be manufactured by Adidas with the Adidas badge appearing in the centre just below the collar. The traditional three stripes will appear on the shoulders in turquoise and the club badge on the left chest .

The new Marseille European kit is black with yellow detailing on the sleeves and down the right side of the shirt.

Auxerre have released their new Airness football shirts for the 2009-10 season. The manufacturers logo will appear to the right of the collar with the club badge on the left.

The new AJ Auxerre home shirt is the clubs traditional white colour with thin blue stripes. There is also blue detailing around the sides and collar of the shirt as well as on the white shorts and socks.

The new AJ Auxerre away shirt is blue with white pinstripes. There ius also white across the shoulders, sleeves and collar. The away kit will be worn with blue shorts and socks with white detailing.

The AJ Auxerre 3rd shirt is fluorescent yellow with blue detailing running down the sides of the shirt from the collar. The shorts and socks are also yellow with blue detailing.

The new Lorient shirts have sponsors on the right shoulder, the left chest of the shirt, in the middle of the shirt and at the bottom of the shirt on the back.

The new Lorient home shirt is orange with black shoulders with white detailing. The shirt also has stripes n the arm and the detailing at the bottom.

The new Lorient away and 3rd shirts are the same pattern style as the home shirt only with the main colour being white for the away and black for the 3rd shirt.

The new Lorient 4th kit is slightly different from the other 3. the shirt is mostly brown with aqua stripes down each side and an aqua box like pattern on the bottom half of the shirt.
