After an unsuccessful spell at Chelsea, Peruvian striker Claudio Pizarro converted his initial loan deal at Werder Bremen into a permanent move, 7 years after first playing for the club. In the first three games this season he equalled his tally at Chelsea, and looks good to better his 17 goals for Werder last season.
