Flamengo jerseys are one of the strongest selling football shirts in the Brazilian league.

The red and black striped shirts are famous for the club which was established in 1895 and finished 5th in last years Championship season.

Flamengo have now unveiled their new football kits for the 2009-10 campaign. Their star player is striker Adriano.

The jersey will retain the traditional black and red hoops with the club sponsors name in the centre of the shirt. The shirt will be worn with white shorts and red and black socks.

The away shirt is predominantly white with a red and black band runing across the middle of the shirt.

   I actually prefer their Nike Kits they were the very best made for the club
