Latvia failed to qualify for the 2010 World Cup finishing 3 points behind group winners Greece. Latvia have in fact never qualified for a World Cup and have only once qualified for the Euros but they will be hoping to make it twice at the 2012 competition.

Latvia have released their new home shirt for their Euro qualifying campaign with Adidas manufacturing the shirts. As you would expect the Adidas badge is just below the collar of the shirt and the three stripes are on the shoulders and sleeves. The new Latvia home shirt is dark purple with white detailing around the collar and on the sides of the shirt.
