Liverpool have released the official pictures of the new 2010-12 Liverpool home shirt. The new Liverpool home kit is based on the shirt worn during the 1989-90 season which was the last season that Liverpool won the league and they will be hoping that this can inspire he team on to victory in the league next season.

The new Liverpool home shirt is again manufactured by Adidas who have just signed a new long term deal with Liverpool. The Adidas logo is on the right chest of the Liverpool home shirt with the Adidas stripes on the sleeves in white. Th Liverpool home shirt is of course the clubs traditional red colour with a diamond like pattern on it.

This is the first year that the Liverpool kits will have the sponsor Standard Chartered on the front of their shirts and they will be hoping it is a successful partnership.
