Botafogo have revealed their new 2009 home kit, made by the sports brand FILA.
The Brasilian club sides shirt consists of a black and white striped shirt and black shorts. It is very similar in style to both the Juventus and Newcastle United home shirts.
Botafogo FC’s symbol is the Lone Star, or the “Estrela D’alva”, the first star to appear on the sky (not really a star , but the planet Venus).
This will be the first Botafogo kit made by FILA. Shirts will be available to order from June 2009.
