As one of the more easily recognisable shirts in world football it is difficult for the club to employ a radically different style between seasons, however it is subtle variations on an ever familiar template that keeps the customers interested. With a squad including the likes of Mutu, Gilardino and Vargas it is likely that the 09-10 Fiorentina home shirt will be in high demand.

Comfort

Lotto have once again done a splendid job ensuring that this shirt provides both great ventilation and a light feeling upon the skin. On top of this the shirt is easy to keep clean no matter how dirty you get it whilst having a kick about in the park. It isn’t the lightest shirt ever to have been produced but it doesn’t take take away from what is on the whole a fine shirt.

Style

The ever recognisable shade of purple that symbolises the club is once again present on the latest shirt of La Viola. The go ld highlights across the chest are a nice variation on the previous Fiorentina shirts produced by Lotto who have done an extremely good job of late in their shirt production. The Lotto do appear=2 0to grab at every opportunity to adorn their logo in seemingly every location possible seems a little tasteless but it is a minor criticism of what is a truly beautiful shirt.

Advantages and Disadvantages

On the down side the £44.99 price tag does seem a little bit steep for a football shirt and in many respects it is, however it is one of the few shirts i would consider worth it. It looks great and is instantly recognisable by all as a shirt that commands attention and respect, it feels great. Plain and simply this shirt is cool and i would highly recommend to both the true Fiorentina fans and fans of football in general.
