Rangers are the current Scottish Premier League Champions but currently trail one point behind rivals Celtic despite beating them in the first Old Firm game of the season last weekend.

Rangers are in group G of the Champions League where they only have one point from two games at the moment but with the group looking very competitive Rangers have a fantastic opportunity to go through as it looks to be a three way fight for second spot between Rangers, Unirea Urziceni and Stuttgart with group leaders Sevilla expected to clinch top spot.

Rangers have released their new 3rd shirt for the 2009-10 season with Umbro continuing to manufacture the football kits and Carling continuing sponsorship of Rangers.

Rangers have decided to go a slightly different marketing route with their new third football shirt. The slogan is ‘Wear it anytime, anywhere’ as they seem to be trying to make the shirt a more casual item that can be worn more often than just at football or playing football. Some of the marketing pictures of the new Rangers 3rd shirt the players are wearing jeans instead of shorts.
