Rumours have been circulating for a while that AC Milan were going to change their sponsorship and not it looks like the deal is pretty much done with Emirates airlines replacing Bwin on the AC Milan home shirts from the start of the 2010-11 season.
The Emirates and AC Milan deal is reported to be for 4 years with the club getting 50 million Euros. The deal has yet to be officially announced but it is expected in the next few days.
Arsenal are of course the other big name club that Emirates airlines sponsor with the Emirates growing their sponsorship in football with other smaller teams also. The AC Milan deal won’t include the renaming of the stadium as it has in Arsenals case but Fly Emirates will appear on the new AC Milan football shirts.
