Zenit finished 3rd in the Russian league last season and have qualified for the 2010/11 Champions League. Zenit have only won the league once in 2007 but will be hoping they can repeat that feat this season.

Zenit have released their new home shirt for the new season. Nike continue to manufacture the new shirts with their logo appearing on the right chest. The home colours for Zenit this year are white with blue detailing on the collar and on the end of the sleeves.
