New Sunderland home kit 2009-10 | Sunderland have revealed their new home kit for the 2009-10 season.
The new Sunderland home shirt will be manufactured by Umbro and as they prepare for a tense relegation dogfight in the final few games of the season, the Black Cats will be hoping that they will be wearing Premiership sleeve patches on their kit next season.
The design features red panels on the arm and shoulder area and the Sunderland badge is housed within a shield, enabling a clean finish to the inside of the shirt.
Additional innovative club-related elements also feature on the shirt such as a subtle embossed crest detail on the chest, an inner back neck transfer detailing the lifespan of the shirt and the Black Cat logo on the back collar area. The shirt utlises a lightweight performance polyester fabric featuring Umbro’s Climate Control technology, which enhances the movement of moisture away from the body.
Boyle Sports will continue their sponsorship of the Sunderland football shirt which will be available for delivery from 20th May 2009. Please leave your thoughts on the Sunderland kit in the comments box below.
