Manchester United is undoubtedly one of the best football clubs in the world and even some would argue that they are the very best.

Manchester United play in the English Premier League and are the current Champions, playing their home games at the magnificent Old Trafford Stadium. The Stadium was nicknamed The Theatre of Dreams by a United great Bobby Charlton, primarily because of the large amount of titles won here, which leads its players and supporters to believe that just anything is possible on this special pitch. The stadium is situated in Greater Manchester.

Manchester United are one of the Most Decorated teams in the English Game Having won 11 Premier League crowns, 7 Old First Division titles, 2 Old Second Division titles, 11 FA Cups, 3 League Cups and 17 Charity Shield Victories. This total has Put Manchester United firmly in the history of the English game.

On an International Level Manchester United have won 3 Champions leagues, 1 Cup Winners Cup, 1 Super Cup and only in 2008 where crowned FIFA World Cup Victors, making them the best team in the world at that point.

The new Manchester United football shirt is a fresh new design which features the famous v-shaped Chevron, which was worn by the FA cup winning Manchester United side of 1909, in black, centred in the middle of the shirt. The Shirt features the Manchester United badge to the wearers left and the Nike tick to the right. The shirt has a round neck collar in black with the AIG sponsor logo centred in the middle of the jersey.

Overall the simplistic design conveys the modest nature of the Manchester United team while still being bold enough to impression the team’s dominance, in the opponent’s minds. Another question in the minds of supporters is, would Cristiano Ronaldo have looked good in this latest United shirt, well I guess we will never know as the forward prepares to join Real Madrid. However one thing is for sure, the likes of Rooney, Berbatov, Nani, Evra and Ferdinand certainly will look the business in this shirt. Overall I would give the shirt a 4/5.
